Hi Lakhsmita. I

I love love love this image! SO magical. I can't wait till you see mine - been working on it since yesterday but yours and mine both have a girl with the same hair! I will post it tomorrow and you can see. Please don't think I copied your hair - one of those beautiful coincidences I think. Mine is nowhere near as good as this though! How big is this work? If you ever want to swap an artwork with me that might be fun.

Thanks for sharing your lovely work!

Ps Love how you have added a photo of yourself - the pink contrasts beautifully with the black and white.

Roberto Marín said...

I not agree with the concept "I want to live with you" even you eat me, even you destroy me. I believe than if I give love to you, you MUST give the same or more love to me, because love lives on love and grow love.
Love can't be in one way, love works in two ways, if is not so, love transform himself in slavery.
I believe so. Thanks for read my comment.

la Planète des Signes said...

first, i wanna say to Mita that i love her new drawing

so thank YOU :)

and i wanna say to Roberto that there are always to ways in love

the slavery is to be blind

but the freedom is to realize that, even the person you love loves you in a "bad" way (concerning your point of view), that person gives you the love she or he can only give at that moment

but you can say "no" if you don't like that way

because this is love too

laughingwolf said...

exceptional, thx mita :)

funny thing, the toon i posted today also has a fish theme...

My name is PJ. said...

That fish is the coolest! I love the whole drawing AND the title, but that fish is the coolest!

Roberto Marín said...

To la Planéte:thanks for your comment (i dont want to make an argument in Mita's blog) but i said:
in some sense I agree with la Planéte, I can help or to do (with all my love) something for people that i dont know and dont loves me,because I love people, but in a relationship between two person I think love must be shared (I'm sorry, i dont know the exact word "correspondido")in the same way.
I dont know "bad" ways of love, i know "unhealthy love" and i believe this is no love.Thank you very much

Whether in love
or out of love
Delinquent at heart
and matters of the heart
A love suicide, you are
Hopelessly, evermore.

I do, do, do, love this... I know you'll tame the fish at the end.

PS: Ehem..ehem...ehhheeemmm..!!! :))

Hello Mita,

Yesterday I was locked out of our yard. Our yard is gated and walled and my husband lowered the garage door hile I was next door. When I came back I could not get in because I had no keys. So, I climed over the gate and the wall and clung on to a tree. One the limbs cracked. I cannot believe I was able to haul my big ass over the wall!

Good morning!!!

Des roses de cristal
Crissent et s'amollissent.
Mon amour sans rival
Murmure des délices.
Il prend ma taille ronde
Et ronronne sur elle.
Pour jouer, je lui gronde
Des menaces cruelles.
L'opéra de vermeil
S'échappant du laser
Emplit l'air de soleil
Et d'ombres passagères.

Ah, que la vie est belle...!
Soudain, elle éblouit...
Comme un battement d'ailes
D'oiseaux de paradis.

Ah, que la vie est belle,
Quelquefois pour un rien,
La divine immortelle
Dans le mal et le bien.

On marche dans l'hiver
Brillant comme une abeille,
Brillant comme un éclair
Qui dure et émerveille.
La joie vous souffle au cœur,
Vous chérit l'univers,
Comme un enfant de chœur
Son Dieu d'éther et chair.
Loin des bombes et des balles,
Goulu comme un bébé,
Sensuels, on inhale
La fumée adorée.

Ah, que la vie est belle...!
Soudain, elle éblouit...
Comme un battement d'ailes
D'oiseaux de paradis.

Ah, que la vie est belle,
Quelquefois pour un rien,
La divine immortelle
Dans le mal et le bien.

Sans rien chercher, je trouve
Au détour d'un instant,
Une euphorie de louve,
Un amour de Satan.
Après de sombres heures,
Plus doux sont ces moments
Où l'on crie de bonheur
Comme un petit enfant.
Encore des baisers,
Vie secrète et changeante,
Je saurai te donner
Mon âme si méchante.

Ah, que la vie est belle...!
Soudain, elle éblouit...
Comme un battement d'ailes
D'oiseaux de paradis.

Ah, que la vie est belle,
Quelquefois pour un rien,
La divine immortelle
Dans le mal et le bien.
