I got idea man
You take me for a walk
Under the sycamore trees
The dark trees that blow baby
In the dark trees that blow

And I'll see you
And you'll see me
And I'll see you in the branches that blow
In the breeze,
I'll see you in the trees
Under the sycamore trees

Mita! Deeelightful illustrations, my sweet witch! It is always a visual journey beholding your work - from the linework and content of the fish and swan, to the colorwork of the dresses...and then my eye goes to ponder over the little framed gems in both of your pieces. I think...is that Mita? Is that Audrey? I love that you have kept them in black and white those small images. You weave a rich story, my friend, that you do!! Hugs to you!!!

Wonderful!Your style is really nice!

Sgt. Roberto said...

Hello L, R, Y, A, M, E, P, M, J, and the other ladies.
I'm so old that this is the original photo was taken.
At that time JL liked this picture, but then Mr Brian (just before going to not know where) said that my face did not like (actually he was chasing me and I never ... you know what I mean ....) and decided to choose another picture that was finally stayed on the album. It is a pity because I could have been famous.

Andrew Finnie said...

Hey Roberto, the fromage is nearly ready I will bring it around in the morning :)

Mita! Hello, sorry to be away, I have been to Sydney to see some abstractions!

Yes that link was right, the one with the bent airship. You have a very good memory you know. You are too smart to be any good at maths, did you know that?

cheersfromoz

Sgt. Roberto said...

Hi Andrew! Eat Cheese!

Mita. yes, sometimes I'm lazy, but I've tried going to the Strawberry Feels but I still lazy!

Ha ha, I have not a picture of you, but I could include you next to Mr J.
Ah, yes, but I have only lonely heart in Pepperland.
Somewhere like where everything flows.
Uh! You desappearing overnight?

Monsieur sends his kisses and love, sweet Mita! I am so happy for your visit this morning. It warms my heart. I hope you've been well..it has been too long! All good thoughts float your way, ok? I have been well - the faeries are wonderful but keeping me so busy - one is in her first play! She will be a courtier in Robin Hood, as well as a Jailer/Guard. She may get to "cut off an ear" (at least pretend to do so. Great that she gets to play both good and evil, huh?!

I hope that you are enjoying your work, and play..I will visit more often! : ) Hugs to you!!

I suppose that you have seen their new topic...
I suppose you will not miss it even with all this work outside blogland and your You-Yourself time ^^

Hello creative people! Blablabla from Mme Dullaghan... This week's topic is "Old-fashioned" suggested by Susan Sorrell Hill.

The quote is from Audrey, Baby, that's why you can't miss it!

"It's that wonderful old-fashioned idea that others come first and you come second. This was the whole ethic by which I was brought up. Others matter more than you do, so don't fuss, dear; get on with it."

~ Audrey Hepburn (& Us :p)

What I mean & means this quote from me to you is positive: nevermore neglect yourself and stop to say you do stupid things, denying or denigrating your artworks & more, wholly yours sometimes...

K?

Your artworks (as well as Yourself) are extremely important, creative, imaginative, more than valuable, more than a lot I've seen and still can see.

Trust is more than self-confidence.
Propeller Heart believes in You.

I would have loved to see an illo from you about the previous theme too, "Acrobat".

"The poet like an acrobat climbs on rime to a high wire of his own making."

Very beautiful theme & sentence by Lawrence Ferlinghetti, one of the american publisher of the "Beat Generation" (Kerouac, Ginsberg...)

But it was Idul Fitri anyway. Nothing to see with the Burroughs band mates...

Suddenly I'm wondering if Burroughs would have met or listened and appreciated the Beatles.
BBB ~ Beats Beatles Burroughs

+BB (pronounced Bébé;) in France, it has nothing to see... lol... BB is Brigitte Bardot, a little great myth on La Croisette (Cannes Worlwide Famous Film Festival) & Paris, muse of the greatest artists of her epoch. As the EN Wiki sucks for all what concerns Europe, I just precise she has been an real emblem of women's emancipation and sexual freedom. She went from child-woman to Femme Fatale (fatal woman), free and provocative, lewd and ingenuous, in a conservative society in matter of manners. Now she's old of course but still very famous, rare, defending animal rights with a foundation...

I dunno why I speak about her nor about the Beat Gen, just because of the letter B (should remind you something this letter ;)

But yes, you and us and them missed your Acrobat.

"The poet like an acrobat climbs on rime to a high wire of his own making."... Very meaningful for me.

Kisses

Oh I was famous Mita! George and John too would be jealous, I am sad that they missed it!

By the way, my design for the white album is coming along - I have the basic design in my head.
Of course there is that song, about the lady who checks the money in the meters. That will need to be an album with its own special picture eh?

hope you are grander

Ps I told you about me and Johhny and AT.
