Poor John. Is he going to write a cheesy novel now and say you betrayed him? This illustration poetry is superb.

WHY replace X with Y? Here is the correct equation X+Y=C (as in C? I told you so!!!)
If this doesn't cheer U--I have 'more' (like the radio guy who is describing the 78 different kinds of venereal diseases, and say, "Here's Chet,. who has MORE!"
Enjoy this day...Please! For the x, and y, Ces, and me!
Copying this to "Nurse Betty" aka Ces, so she can learn 'new' math.
In truth, Mita--I hate myself for making light of your distress, that pain in the depth of you. I believe even when y appears, it will be many moons before y could, if ever, replace x.
HEE-AW, HEE-AW, HEE-AW...don't know Y they call me Jackass.
Oh yes the piece of art...Wow! This is Reeeal Illustration Poetry.
I love it, love it, the workmanship, the parachute(s) the crown of (x?)...but i have difficulty seeing anything but the pathos which hold me, entrance-like. Her countenance of hopelessness..helplessness.
Underneath though, she IS strong, "paddling her own canoe". The Peep in the boat--the artist--IS a true witch--grin! he just could not (yet) conjure her wish, could not discover the proper mix of crow's eyelash (just a dash!) to toenail of frog, sprinkled on top, just a few.
OK, as art is jokken wrote, above: I am leaveing. Goodbye! But we do part in...... PEACE!
Hey Mita, Your words remind me of a song by 10 CCs called “I’m Not in Love”. Great post! Love the insignificant significance of the size compared to the background. Very NICE! Wonderful work Mita! So lovely! I just stopped by before heading off to Santa Fe, for vacation. God bless and have a great week!
You are brilliant, Mita. You have a very special mind. This illustration is wonderful - the background is beautiful! I don't know how you do it - you keep outdoing yourself!! ♥♥♥ FF
We have a saying in Bulgaria: "A storm in a glass of water". We use it when someone's too much affected and his reactions are exaggerated. This outburst lasts for quite a short time and there's no effect after all... Well, watching at this girl, swimming in a cup, I'm just thinking that her emotional storm is over - the sky is clear, full of balloons. And maybe she has to stir pretty well her feelings, passions and dreams, to look around and discover that she is a person who's been admired and valued - she must only break the spell... I like the polysemy (I hope I'm using the right word!) of your words... The use of commas and the order of the words in the signature!! I absolutely like this drawing, Mita! Your emotional world reflects in such an amazing way upon your at!
You are not going to fool me--I see your comments even when they are on another's pages.
HEY! Is Ces back "on"? Thought we lost her for a bit. Even if she is not 'accessible' her voice, using fluffy clouds is yet clear and saying, "HAHAHAHA!" as she and her broomstick (one of finest straw) travels 'neath the moonlit sky. No Mita, I did NOT 'copy' those words from a famous poet...they are mine...MINE, do ya hear? --Oh! you KNEW that? Hmmmmmmm!
Bye, sweet witches, I've got places to go and things to do--trying to sound 'busy'! CU all later.
Mita, I feel ESpecially blest today, this moment--I had to look up the Wiccan's Rede (I knew WHAT it was but had never read it)..Simply beautiful. If only we males could adopt / adapt a creed similar. Oh, what a world where we could live!
WARNING! Not QUITE so serious:
That little thingy right by her oar blade, is it 'just a' fish, or is it 'just "x"'? Is she scooping it up. When I played with the piece a bit, it almost looked like a violin (Ha! "played with"--grin!), which she is trying to hit with the oar. NO NEED TO RESPOND!!! I gotta GO!
Row row row, my dear. Sometimes I want to live in my coffee cup, just padding down an endless stream of caffeine and cream. Yet another beautiful and melancholy illustration and poem. There are so many things to love here. The bird, of course. The expression. The tea cup. Patterns, oh my! But the thing I like the most is what it says. Very strong mind. I love it!
Hey Mita! You fooled me with your incognito avatar! I was like....”who is that ? “ You are a riot. Thanks for the laugh. I just got an invitation from a fairy to an island that beyond the edges of the map. Maybe you heard of this place where sickness and death do not exist. It is a place of eternal youth and beauty. Music, strength, life and pleasure all come together in this one place. Happiness lasts forever and no one is ever thirsty or hungry. Do you know of such a place? :o)
but I would form a good opinion, the avatar makes me think about alice in wonderland ♥ I guess I need to look for some balinese paintings, it's not the first time someone tells me that...Maybe it is similar to some peruvian art. In some cultures in the past there was this fear of empty spaces so they were filled with different patterns...now I just think I do it for the fun of drawing as I don't make any previous research in art history, just doodle XD
Hello my darling Mita! I've missed you dearly! I just happened to log in yesterday and saw your comment. It was sooo great to hear from you :) I hope all is well with you! As always your work is absolutely marvelous dahhling!
wow how much further you have comee!!, i hope you are well , i just visited the philipines to see my family there it was beautifull take care and catch up when you canx
I really enjoyed this post. You write about this topic very well. There are many cherished moments in life, why not wear a beautiful dress! When looking back on special memories of your child wearing a gorgeous dress, it will make a fond memory.
Well, Lakhsmita, again, a beautiful work! This is really a picture of your growth! Give me a reason to say that this can not be hung on the wall of an art gallery and then I'll tell you do not paint anymore. I do not think you find a single valid reason. Paint for more!

Did you visit Atiyanna?
She's nice. Fav witch....

I like your equation: modern art. You're good at math. Do you think Ces is asleep?
OMG! While the Grandewitch sleeps
Her children play
In the fields
Of mown hay
Is 'mown' a word?
No?
Good!
I like to use non-words
All words one day were non-words.
I'm finished! How you say it? :D
Finished for the day is the evil thereof.....
the textures and color choices rule the mood.

but I would form a good opinion, the avatar makes me think about alice in wonderland ♥
I guess I need to look for some balinese paintings, it's not the first time someone tells me that...Maybe it is similar to some peruvian art. In some cultures in the past there was this fear of empty spaces so they were filled with different patterns...now I just think I do it for the fun of drawing as I don't make any previous research in art history, just doodle XD
is that a naked bunny? Probably it's not the same version of Alice in wonderland I read.
Ok,I won't judge you or the bunny.

Today I decided to just do it: I made up my mind to push my way right into this mass of comments and say a few words myself:

I am speechless. Your art and your words are amazing! I am glad I found you.

Paint for more!
your work is very beautiful and magic,
never stop to do it :)

وإذا سألوك عني .. قل لهم هي الفتاة الوحيدة التي أدمنتني .. وأنا كسرتها
If they ask you about me, tell them “She was the only girl who was addicted to me, and I broke her.”
